Worthington HRA owns and manages a total of 136 Units of Public Housing in the City of Worthington. These units include one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments, houses, and duplexes. The sites include the Atrium Hi-Rise, Lucy Square Townhomes, and various scattered houses and duplexes located throughout Worthington. The Worthington HRA also owns and manages 64 units of Market Rate Housing in Worthington to include: “Prairie Acres” and “Rising Sun Estates”

The Windom Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is a locally established organization with a mission to provide decent, safe and affordable housing opportunities. Windom HRA has two multi-family residential buildings totaling 88 units.

What HRA Provides to the Community

The HRA provides rental housing opportunities for seniors, persons with disabilities and general occupancy. Occupancy at the Windom HRA properties is contingent upon income-eligibility as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Other activities undertaken by the Windom HRA have included the rehabilitation of rental housing and redevelopment opportunities in Windom.

The Windom HRA Office is located at Riverview Apartments.

Our goal is to provide a broad scope of quality mental health services to people of all ages and economic backgrounds who reside in Cottonwood, Jackson, Nobles, Pipestone, and Rock counties. We do not deny services based on ability to pay, race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. SWMH is licensed by the Minnesota Dept. of Human Services and has fully qualified credentialed staff who offer a variety of mental health services. Our multidisciplinary staff includes social workers, marriage and family therapists, mental health therapists, mental health practitioners, and peer support specialists. Consulting psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners see clients by appointment.
