SWMHP offers Realizing the American Dream Homebuyer Education Classes virtually each month. If you need a certificate urgently (e.g., for an upcoming closing), consider our self-paced option through Framework.

REALIZING THE AMERICAN DREAM – LIVE VIRTUAL CLASS

8-hour virtual workshop
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30–9:30 p.m.
$40 one-time fee (sliding scale based on income)
Certificate upon completion
Taught by certified educators and trusted professionals

FRAMEWORK – SELF-PACED ONLINE COURSE

Learn at your own pace, anytime, anywhere (including your smartphone)
$75 one-time fee
Certificate provided upon completion
Interactive and designed by online learning experts
Meets many lender education requirements (check with yours)

SWMHP educates and counsels residents across 30+ counties in Southwest and South Central Minnesota. Through our Successful Connections program, sponsors can support homebuyer education, grow their customer base, and promote strong communities.

Sponsorship Levels:

Silver ($1,000): ½ Class | Small logo + website listing
Gold ($2,000): Full Class | Medium logo, flyer distribution, website listing
Platinum ($4,000): Multi-Class | Large logo, flyer distribution, website link

Who Can Sponsor: Lenders, Realtors, Title Companies, Insurance Providers
Sponsorship Dates: June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026
