United Community Action Partnership is a joint effort to bring together area resources to effectively and efficiently address the growing needs of our local communities in southwest Minnesota.

Our attorneys, staff, and volunteers handle civil legal matters for Minnesota’s most vulnerable people for no charge. With expertise and compassion, we work to provide basic legal protections so our clients can achieve security, self-sufficiency, and access to opportunity. In addition to direct legal representation, we work with policy makers, advocating equal rights and equal protections under the law.
